"from Prague to Barcelona" - Paul Zika

Zika's work is concerned with a radical fusion of surface and form, in strong contrast to Modernist notions of decoration as embellishment. His focus has shifted from Baroque decorative a rchitectural detail to Rococo systems of seamless, focal decoration in architecture and the decorative arts.
